LIVINGSTON, Ala.- West Alabama softball will be hosting Senior Day and Alumni Day this Saturday at UWA Softball Complex. The weekend series between the Tigers and Auburn Montgomery starts on Friday at 6 p.m., followed by a doubleheader Saturday at 1 p.m.
The Tigers would like to invite softball alumni for a weekend of celebration, honoring both former and current University of West Alabama Softball Tigers!
For Senior Day, the players' fathers will throw out the first pitch before the first game.
After game one of the doubleheader, seniors from 2020 along with alumni will be recognized.
Due to Covid-19, the 2020 seniors' season was cut short; therefore, they did not have a senior day. Tiger Softball will be honoring these seniors who did not get to finish out their season.
