LIVINGSTON, Ala. – Outfielder Kyle Vogler from Enterprise State Community College will continue his collegiate baseball career at the University of West Alabama, according to an announcement by Tiger head coach
Gary Rundles.
"Kyle Vogler is a very talented outfielder that will add speed to our lineup," said Rundles. "With his speed, Kyle will be able to cover a lot of area in the outfield and provide a lot of speed on the bases. He has tremendous makeup and has shown to be a leader on and off the field. We are extremely excited to have Kyle in our program."
The Santa Rosa Beach, Fla. native spent two seasons at ESCC for 49 game appearances. During his sophomore outing, Vogler finished with a .333 batting average, two home runs, 13 RBIs, 26 runs, and 18 stolen bases. His freshman season was shortened due to covid with only 17 games played, but he still managed an impressive .339 batting average for one home run, 10 RBIs, 19 runs, and 10 stolen bases.
Vogler spent his high school career at South Walton High School, where he finished with a .239 batting average, .410 on-base percentage, and a .974 fielding percentage. He also tallied 32 hits, 23 RBIs, and 37 runs.
