Women's Tennis Gets Set for First Home Match Against UWG

LIVINGSTON, Ala – The No. 6 ranked West Alabama women's tennis team will be hosting their first home match of the 2022 season on Saturday at the Vaughan Tennis Complex in Livingston, Ala. against West Georgia in a Gulf South Conference match. First serve is scheduled for 11 a.m. 
 
UWA will enter the match with a 2-1 overall record and a 2-0 GSC record with wins against Mississippi College and Shorter. The only loss was against No. 5 ranked Columbus State. 
 
The Wolves will be playing at Montevallo Friday afternoon. They currently have a 1-0 record with a win against Point University. 
 
Admission is free at all UWA tennis matches at the Vaughan Tennis Complex.
