Tigers Host Spring Hill in a Non-Conference DH Matchup

LIVINGSTON, Ala. - West Alabama's softball team battles Spring Hill in a non-conference doubleheader on Tuesday at UWA Softball Complex. First pitch is set for 3 p.m.
 
The Tigers are 14-4 overall and 8-1 in GSC play. The Badgers are 3-10 overall.
 
Senior LP Trammell leads UWA hitters with a .373 batting average. The shortstop has tallied 19 hits with three doubles and eight home runs, 18 RBIs, and scored 14 runs. 
 
Sophomore Taylor Clegg is hitting .351. She has tallied 20 hits with eight doubles,12 RBIs, and scored 17 runs. 
 
Junior Madison Wright (8-3) is the Tigers' top pitcher. She has pitched 69 innings and has a 1.72 ERA. She has given up 17 earned runs while striking out 72.
 
Macy Holt leads SHC with a batting average of .382. She has tallied 13 hits with three doubles and a triple. She has collected nine RBIs and scored eight runs.
