LIVINGSTON, Ala. - With another academic year in the books, the University of West Alabama Athletic Department is pleased to announce the 2025 Spring Graduation Scholar-Athlete Medallion recipients.
A total of 56 Student-Athletes walked the stage on Thursday and Friday, with 27 of them claiming a Scholar-Athlete Medallion.
"The entire Athletic Department is very proud of each student-athlete that walked the Graduation Stage this week," said Director of Athletics, Brett Gilliland. "This is the culmination of a lot of hard work throughout their time here. When you begin your collegiate journey, the main goal for each student-athlete is to obtain their degree and to see it come to fruition for so many is extremely rewarding."
To earn a Scholar-Athlete medallion, a student-athlete must have completed her/his eligibility as a Tiger Student-Athlete and have a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 or better.
