LIVINGSTON, Ala. - To no surprise, the University of West Alabama Men's Basketball team appeared in the first edition of the NCAA Regional Rankings.

The initial release of the rankings is in alphabetical order while next week's release will rank the teams in order.

West Alabama (22-3, 17-2 GSC) is joined by GSC schools, West Florida, UAH, Montevallo, Trevecca Nazarene, and Valdosta State in the rankings. Outside of the GSC, SSC schools in Nova Southeastern, Florida Southern, and Palm Beach Atlantic are featured in the rankings while SIAC's Tuskegee rounds out the first edition.

The next edition of the rankings will release on Wednesday, February 25.
