MADISON, Miss. - West Alabama Men's Golf set the new program 54-hole record with 11-over par 875 to tie for second place in the Mississippi College Invitational at the Lake Caroline Golf Club on Tuesday. Harris Stevens set the new UWA record with 4-under 212 through 54-holes.

The Tigers tied with Meridian Community College with 291 in the third round, but with a 279 in the first round and 295 in the second, Meridian CC went on to win the tournament with 1-over 865. Cronwright continued to shatter his personal best in the tournament, having already matched the school record of 69 in round two, he tallied 70 in round one to finish with 219 tied for 12th place. His score breaks his previous best by 12 strokes, originally set in the LMU Spring Kickoff on Feb. 16.

Morrison placed 16th with 74 in the third round to tie his three-round best of 221. Logan Archer finished with his best of 222, shooting 76 on the day. Chance Caylor rounded out the group with a combined 227, carding 78 in the final round.

Competing in his first three-round event as a Tiger, Hugo Rehlinger established his personal low at 231. Samual Bradley finished with 234. Both Rehlinger and Bradley competed unattached.
