Doubleheader Day Switched for Tigers and Chargers

LIVINGSTON, Ala. – Doubleheader day for the Gulf South Conference baseball series between West Alabama and Alabama Huntsville this weekend has been moved up a day to Friday in an effort to get as many of the three games played as possible in case of inclement weather.

While the forecast calls for no rain on Friday, the forecast for the remainder of the weekend is not as promising.

First pitch for Friday's twinbill is now scheduled for 2 p.m. with game two to start 30 minutes following the conclusion of the first game. Weather permitting, game three is now scheduled to be played Saturday at noon.

West Alabama comes into the series with a 9-10 overall record, 7-9 in GSC play. UAH is 11-12 and 10-11.
