Jeff Beaman to Be Inducted In Barton Hall of Fame

GREAT BEND, Kan. – The University of West Alabama head tennis coach Jeff Beaman will be inducted into the Barton Community College Hall of Fame on January 29, 2022, at the Kirkman Activity Center located on the Barton Campus at 10:00 a.m.

Beaman was head coach for men and women at BCC from 2000-03 while leading the men's team to national NJCAA ranking of second in 2001 and 2002 and fourth in 2003 with four All-America selections. The 2003 BCC women's team finished third in the nation with two All-Americans and the top-ranked player in the country.

Beaman earned an associate degree in sports medicine from Barton Community College in 1997 while playing for the Cougars.
