Hill Named GSC Track Performer of the Week

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – West Alabama's Kaitlin Hill who is a member of the track and field team was named Gulf South Conference Performer of the Week based off her outing at the Georgia Tech Invitational. 
 
Hill, who is a sophomore won the 100-meter sprint in 11.47 seconds and broke the school record which had been set by her earlier this season. 
 
Hill continued a dominant performance in the women's long jump with a jump of 5.76-meters. 
 
Hill and the rest of the Tiger track and field team will compete in the Mike McMillan Twilight on Thursday in Clinton, Miss. at the James E. Parkman Track.
