LIVINGSTON, Ala. - The University of West Alabama Athletics Department has announced a partnership with a new ticketing platform, Vivenu, and are set to open General Admission Season Tickets, Reserved Chairback Renewals, and Tiger Club Memberships on Thursday morning.

Vivenu is one of the leading technology providers in global event ticketing. The platform is designed to modernize and create a simplified ticket purchasing process for Tiger fans and supporters.

Additionally, Football General Admission Season Tickets, Reserved Chair-back Renewals, and Tiger Club Memberships will open Thursday morning. Reserved Chair-back Renewals will close on August 13, with any remaining chair-back seats going on sale Monday, August 17, at 12:00 p.m.

In addition, each season ticket package purchased includes one ticket to West Alabama's season opener at the Red Tails Classic against Tuskegee on Sunday, August 30, in Montgomery, Alabama. To purchase additional single-game tickets for the Tigers' matchup against Tuskegee or to learn more about the season opener, click here.

Returning Customers

New Customers 
Please use the instructions below to set up your account

Set Up Your New Account 

1. Navigate to Events by University of West Alabama | vivenu on your desktop or mobile device. 

2. From the "Sign In" prompt, select "Register For Free" and complete all required fields.

3. You may use the same email account and password as before.

4. Check your email inbox for an account verification email and follow the instructions provided in that email to complete the process.

5. Navigate back to Events by University of West Alabama | vivenu to view events and purchase.

Access Tickets/View Mobile Wallet 

1. Navigate to Events by University of West Alabama | vivenu on your desktop or mobile device. 

2. Sign in to your ticket account. 

3. Select the "tickets" tab to view your tickets.

4. From here, you can see the upcoming events by scrolling up and down. 

5. Choose "Add to Wallet" (Apple or Google) on the ticket(s) you want to store.

6. All mobile tickets will have QR Codes that will be scanned upon entry. 

Fans are encouraged to download their mobile tickets as soon as possible after completing their purchase and before arriving at the event. Tickets stored in your mobile wallet will automatically update when game times are set, can be easily opened from your device's home screen on the day of the event, and do not require Wi-Fi or cellular service to be accessed. Screenshots will not be accepted for entry. 

Ticket Transfers 
No longer able to attend an event? All new! Transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague so they can enjoy a UWA Athletics event! 

1. Navigate to Events by University of West Alabama | vivenu on your desktop or mobile device. 

2. Sign in to your ticket account. 

3. Select "Transfer" on the event you would like to transfer. 

4. Select the seat(s) you want to transfer and tap "Proceed."

5. Select the game(s) you want to transfer.

6. Enter the email address of the person to whom you would like to transfer ticket(s).

7. Tap "Submit" to initiate the transfer.

Once your transfer has been sent, the recipient will receive an email with a link to accept the transfer. They will not be required to create an account. You may cancel the transfer at any time until it is accepted.
