MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of West Alabama men's soccer team ran into a tough Christian Brothers squad Sunday, as the Bucs took a 4-0 victory against the Tigers at CBU's Signaigo Field.

Lavares Stone, who picked up the loss after allowing four goals off six shots on goal. The Tigers have now lost three-straight on the year and move to 10-6 overall and 6-4 in the Gulf South Conference.
CBU's Michael Hollier jump started the Buccaneer scoring effort when he knocked a shot in from the top left corner of the box just 19 minutes into the contest.
Down 1-0, UWA played the Buccaneers a scoreless 18 minutes of soccer until CBU broke open the match off a goal from Daniel Jenkins. Jenkins' shot came off the cross from teammate Tony Aloia to put the Bucs up 2-0.
Following the 15-minute intermission, UWA was still unable to garner enough offense for the comeback as the Tigers finished the day with just two shots on goal. Meanwhile, CBU once again came out in a fury, scoring two goals in the final 45 minutes of action – one off a deflected rebound at 66 minutes and the other off a cross to Ike Martin at the 78
th minute.
CBU used two goalkeepers on the day who recorded saves on each of UWA's shots on goal. The Buccaneers ended the afternoon with 11 total shots in the 4-0 win.
The Tigers now return home to take on Shorter Friday at 7 p.m.
