Track and Field Results at Georgia Tech Invitational

ATLANTA, Ga. – West Alabama track and field competed at the Georgia Tech Invitational on Friday and Saturday at the George C. Griffin Track on the campus of Georgia Tech.

Kaitlin Hill had a dominant weekend placing first overall in the women's 100-meter sprint with a time of 11.47 seconds. Hill also placed fourth in the women's long jump with a jump of 5.76-meters.

Camrun Norman jumped 2.05 meters in the men's high jump which gave him a second-place finish. Norman finished 19^th in the men's long jump.

Annaya Chelcy competed in the women's 200 meter sprint and finished the event in 24.52 seconds. Chelcy placed 22^nd in the women's 100-meter spring.

Brayden Harris placed 10^th in the men's 110-meter hurdles, running it in 15.03 seconds.

UWA track and field will a weekend off before they travel to Clinton, Miss. on May 5^th-7^th in the GSC Outdoor Championships.
