What to Know About Tiger Football Game Day for Fall 2021

LIVINGSTON, Ala. – The West Alabama football team is set for a full 2021 season with six home games scheduled this fall. UWA athletics has continued to work to provide the best and safest possible fan experience at Tiger Stadium. That work has led to many upgrades and operational changes for the upcoming season, which begins when the Tigers host Morehouse College on Saturday, Sept. 4 at 6 p.m.

Game Day
Upgrades and renovations are currently underway at Tiger Stadium. This will be the first full season that the UWA football team will play on the newly turfed field, installed in 2020. Other upgrades include a video board donated by Tiger donor Steve Campora and a new static scoreboard that will be installed by UWA's second home game.

Please be patient with us as you visit the stadium. Renovations are still in progress and have altered the placement of our entrances and ticket booths.

Digital Ticketing
West Alabama athletics has fully transitioned to digital ticketing for the upcoming season. All tickets will be digital, and no physical tickets will be printed. Season ticket holders and individual game buyers can use the Hometown Fan App to purchase, access, and manage tickets. Tickets can also be purchased through UWAAthletics.com where fans can receive their tickets via email or text message.

Tickets can be purchased on game day in person using a debit or credit card only.

Children 5 and under have free general admittance into Tiger football games and will not need a ticket for general admission.

Faculty, Staff, and On-Campus Students will still receive one free ticket per game. Please view email from Athletic Director Kent Partridge for instruction on how to access you Faculty/Student ticket.

Parking
Parking will still be available on Tiger Alley. Please be patient with parking attendants on game day as adjustments to parking areas may be made due to construction.

RV parking can be purchased by contacting Janet Montgomery via email at jlm@uwa.edu or by phone at 205-652-3630. RV parking is $25 a night or $50 for the weekend and will begin 5 p.m. the day before a Tiger home game and will end at noon the day after. Because parking is limited due to construction, no monthly RV parking will be available.

Concession
Fair-style concession will be available for your convenience on Tiger Plaza right inside the entry gate. Smaller concession booths will be available inside the stadium and will offer drinks and snacks.

COVID-19 Policy
Regardless of vaccination status, all guests, staff and are required to wear a mask while visiting any of the indoor areas of UWA's campus. Masks are not required at outdoor venues including Tiger Stadium, but fans are encouraged to wear masks while not actively eating or drinking.
